We want every guest to enjoy a safe and pleasant journey. Please take note of the following guidelines:
- Conduct & Behavior
Tours by Jano reserves the right to end the tour immediately if there is any bad behavior or disrespect towards our staff.
Courtesy and cooperation are expected at all times to ensure a smooth experience.
- Driver & Guide Services
Our drivers are basic guides only and can provide general assistance.
If you wish to have a professional licensed tour guide, this can be arranged for ¥30,000 (10 hours), with an overtime fee of ¥5,000 per additional hour (subject to availability).
- Vehicle Use
The vehicle is company property. Please treat it with care.
Some of our drivers may not be able to operate the Bluetooth function of the car.
- Guest Belongings
Our staff cannot carry or manage personal belongings such as bags, shopping bags, or umbrellas during the tour. Guests are responsible for their own items.
- Cleanliness & Fees
Guests are expected to maintain cleanliness inside the vehicle.
In cases where extra cleaning is required due to negligence, a cleaning fee of ¥50,000 will be charged.

Suggested Itinerary (2 Days / 1 Night)
Day 1 – Yokohama: Explore Minato Mirai, Chinatown, Cup Noodles Museum, and enjoy the night view at Osanbashi Pier.
Day 2 – Takayama: Travel to Takayama, explore the Old Town, Morning Markets, and visit Takayama Jinya before returning.
